It is your responsibility to check if your results are back. Please call the surgery between 11.00am and 3.30pm to enquire about your results.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can also view them online via your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App) or via SystmOnline.
If your test results show that you need more tests or urgent treatment, we will contact you.
Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
If you have tests arranged by a hospital doctor you will usually need to return to the hospital for the results NOT to the doctors surgery. If you are unsure who you need to contact for your results you can call and ask the doctors secretary.
